This is the third time I've had the pleasure of photographing sweet Po and her beautiful family and every time I leave with a huge smile on my face. These guys are just SO AWESOME. Photographing the genuine love between them is so stinking easy because what you see is what you get. Genuine happiness and a family filled with love and respect. We had a little ice cream party and had a blast. Thank you so much for entrusting these memories to me yet again!
I had so much fun capturing this little man in his home with mom and dad just a couple days after his first birthday. You wouldn't know it from the warmth of the family in these shots, but it was absolutely freeeeezing outside. We even incorporated a mini cake smash at the end of the session. Not something that I normally do, but it was pretty fun to watch his excitement as he went to town!
I had "met" Tonya virtually through quite a few local and national photography forums where we are both involved. Nothing makes me more nervous than photographing fellow photographers, but I was so excited to get the chance to finally meet, hang out with and photograph Tonya and her beautiful family.
