I adored photographing this beautiful family and documenting this special time in baby Des' first month of life. Every once in a while, you come across a client who feels like a long lost friend, I had such a blast chatting with and getting to know this sweet family, they truly are as beautiful inside as they are out . Aaaand I may have blogged close to every single image because I just loved this session! Thank you again!
What a sweet family this is, I was thrilled to share the afternoon with Bryn, John and their sweet baby boy, Jack. John was such a good sport and so excited to be home after having returned from his deployment the day before.I think it's fitting that this threesome chose to have their shoot in their home and out and about their neighborhood. One of the things I love most about this "job" is the variety of places you get to go and the people you get to meet. Every once in a while, you come across a client so incredibly kind, you feel as if you have been friends for years. After speaking to Tracy, I was so excited to capture this family. They really are as beautiful inside as they are out and I think it absolutely shows in their gallery. The love they have for each other is so genuine and sincere that it made my job of capturing that bond so very easy. When choosing a location for their shoot, they decided they wanted to spend the afternoon in their own neighborhood, as they had so many Friday nights before. There is something special about capturing people in their element. I am a firm believer that these little everyday moments are the ones we'll want to remember. One of the reasons I love lifestyle photography is because it captures honest, everyday moments and connections between people.
